ALL ABOUT THE BAGEL!
After previously working with Tom & his team at OCA, He got back in touch with a brief for a new concept he has in the pipe line, no fancy interiors, no over the top design - just top notch bagels. We were tasked with the "less is more" approach to really make this site mainly food focused.

Being in a very busy Nottingham high street which is full of tourists and office workers, meant that there would be potential for high footfall. Tom & his team are confident that the Bagels on offer will be the best in town & he just needed a simple & cool space to serve them from.

A small, but unique space, with a cosy downstairs area, a classic "old school" frontage and permission for external high street seating. Tom wanted the bagels to do the talking so we provided a super simple "no frills" concept design which was approved with minimal amendments.
The Bagel Project is coming to Carlton Street this spring.

Since working with Andrew & Jake they have delivered on each project with great detail.
